We had made the mistake years ago of interviewing several agents, listening to their slick pitches, and deciding on one with a great PowerPoint presentation on how the team was going to sell one of our rental properties. Heidy is the BEST!!!
We met Heidy at an open house on Bethel Island. We decided to use her to sell our rental property after talking to her a bit about what to do in preparation of selling our property. Heidy took time to come out to our house prior to putting the house on the market. She advised us on where to get granite, paint colors and many other options. Heidy spent her valuable time even before we were clients. Heidy established the perfect price to place our house on the market. She was available to stop over with papers, worked very hard to keep us informed and completely worked around our schedule.
